$450 AUD (approx $650 FJD)

International

$600 AUD (approx $870 FJD)

Terms and conditions

All registration fees are non-refundable for any reason. However, tickets may be transferred to another delegate. Please note that depending on the timing of the notification provided to the Organising Committee (OC), certain specific requirements — such as name tags, dietary accommodations, or access needs beyond the standard provisions of the conference — may not be met.

We recommend notifying the OC as early as possible to ensure a smooth transfer process.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference at any time. Should this occur, all registration fees will be fully refunded. However, the organisers accept no responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to accommodation, flights, or other travel-related expenses. 

Attendees are encouraged to consider travel insurance or flexible booking options to minimise potential losses.
